Genesis Capital Partners – a private equity firm focused on growth investments in healthcare – plans to raise a maiden fund this year of up to $200 million after some early deal success.

The specialist investment firm was founded in 2018 by Chris Yoo and Michael Caristo, both formerly of Crescent Capital Partners and Bain & Co. In their new venture, the pair have invested alongside family offices on a deal-by-deal basis.
