Former PwC chief executive Kristin Stubbins is setting up her own consultancy, six months after leaving the firm amid a scandal over its misuse of confidential information.

Ms Stubbins’ new venture, Ironbark Associates, follows a tumultuous 12 months for the experienced auditor, who was elevated to acting chief executive of PwC Australia in May, after Tom Seymour stepped down and admitted to receiving emails related to confidential Treasury tax plans.
