Goldminer Focus Minerals has completed its takeover of fellow Perth-based gold junior Crescent Gold , but has been unable to obtain 100 per cent of its target.

Focus owns an 81.57 per cent stake in Crescent, Focus told the Australian Securities Exchange in a statement on Thursday, noting its holding may increase to 86.45 per cent should it exercise options it holds.
