Stafford Capital Partners has signed a $220 million mandate with First Super, the firm’s second co-investment agreement with a superannuation fund in as many weeks.

The deal with First Super enables Stafford to source private equity-backed deals for the $4.1 billion super fund, which had already penned co-investments for 14 companies such as traffic manager Orange Hire and food products company Nutra Organics.
