Diversified fund manager Pengana Capital appointed Damian Crowley to lead its distribution team. He has 25 years’ experience in funds management distribution, most recently as general manager for adviser distribution at Perpetual Investments.

BNP Paribas named Prema Balakrishnan, currently head of energy and commodities, asset and project finance in Australia, as global head of project finance. She will be based in Paris and is expected to start in September.
