Bell Financial Group director Brent Potts has sold 3,990,692 ordinary shares in the company at $1.03 apiece, reaping $4.1 million.

Australian Leaders Fund posted a 45 per cent decline in first-half net profit to $9.9 million. The company will pay a fully franked interim dividend of 5¢ a share on April 21.
