Sharemarket operator ASX has been dragged into a multimillion-dollar defamation spat between a wealthy Harley Davidson-riding businessman and debt-chasing outfit Collection House.
Brisbane-based Lev Mizikovsky, who valued his share portfolio at $75 million, has sued Collection House and ASX in Queensland’s Supreme Court.
