Melbourne stockbroker EL&C Baillieu has lost one of its most promising corporate clients, an infant-formula manufacturer, and another hangs in the balance in the wake of an elaborate corporate sting.

Nature One Dairy said on Monday that it no longer has a relationship with EL&C Baillieu, which last year helped the company raise money in anticipation of a float on the share market this year.
