Credit Suisse’s local boss Richard Gibb resigns, takes ANZ board seat

Credit Suisse Australia chief executive Richard Gibb will resign from the investment bank, which was acquired by Swiss rival UBS last year, by the end of January and take up a new non-executive director role at ANZ.
