CommBank sued for 'overpriced' insurance

Commonwealth Bank of Australia's superannuation customers have launched a multimillion-dollar class action against the bank over claims it sold them overpriced life insurance policies without their knowledge.

Shine Lawyers, the law firm leading the action, said more than 700,000 superannuation customers of CBA's wealth division, Colonial First State, could be eligible for hundreds of millions of dollars in compensation.
