Cabcharge CEO eyes tap-and-go wins
The chief executive of taxi payments company Cabcharge says a new tap-and-go digital payments system that enables workers and companies to stop using any paper receipts for claiming expenses should help trigger extra momentum for the company as it claws back passengers from ride-sharing services such as Uber and Taxify.
Andrew Skelton says the new system, known as Cabcharge's Digital Pass, has been tested successfully in businesses including Austereo, Vision Australia and APN Outdoor and is being rolled out to the wider market. "It's really revolutionary," he said.
