Low price for Korea IPO The Macquarie Korea Infrastructure Fund and its shareholders have sold 940 billion won ($1.31 billion) of shares to investors in London and Seoul in the first initial public offering by a South Korean investor in roads, tunnels and bridges. The fund, managed by Macquarie Bank and Shinhan Financial Group, sold shares at 7000 won apiece - which was the lower end of the target range - South Korea's Ministry of Planning and Budget said.
