Blue Sky directors, auditors and EY face class action

Class action law firm Banton Group is going after the collapsed Blue Sky Alternative Investments, its directors and its auditors, and big four firm EY, alleging investors were hurt by overstated claims about the company’s financial performance and asset value.

Former directors Tim Wilson, Elaine Stead, Mark Sowerby, Robert Shand, Kim Morrison, Alexander McNab, John Kain, Philip Hennessy, Michael Gordon, and Nick Dignam are all named as respondents in the claim, funded by International Litigation Partners.
