The victims of alleged fraudster Melissa Caddick face a “significant shortfall” between the amount they are owed and the value of her assets, the Federal Court has heard.
Ms Caddick, who was an unlicensed financial adviser, has not been seen since she left her Sydney home in the early hours of November 12 to go for a run, just hours after her home was raided and assets seized.
