Former BBY executive chairman Glenn Rosewall, son of tennis great Ken Rosewall, fronted the Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday, facing criminal charges relating to the stockbroking firm’s complicated collapse a decade ago.
The two charges stem from a referral by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to the Director of Public Prosecutions, and relate to allegations Rosewall aided, abetted, counselled or procured the broking firm’s dishonest conduct.
