BBY’s Glenn Rosewall hit with criminal charges a decade after collapse

Former BBY executive chairman Glenn Rosewall, son of tennis great Ken Rosewall, fronted the Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday, facing criminal charges relating to the stockbroking firm’s complicated collapse a decade ago.

The two charges stem from a referral by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to the Director of Public Prosecutions, and relate to allegations Rosewall aided, abetted, counselled or procured the broking firm’s dishonest conduct.
