Battle looms over future of DomaCom’s NDIS housing funds
A fight is brewing between the founder of ASX-listed fractional investment platform DomaCom and its new management, over the future of its National Disability Insurance Scheme housing investments following poor performance and the winding up of funds.
DomaCom allows investors to pool money into a single property by purchasing units in a managed fund. Each property is held in a sub-fund operated by it. ASR Wealth Advisers, a wealth manager, aggressively marketed the DomaCom NDIS housing investments and capital raisings for the investment platform.
