In the next two weeks, the corporate regulator will complete its investigation into the prospectus of Macquarie-backed glamour tech stock Nuix and whether it contained material false and misleading statements in the financial accounts.

ASIC’s investigations into insider trading and continuous disclosure will be finalised next year, and the insider trading probe is likely to be completed in the second quarter of 2022.
