Blackstone and ANZ are launching a new fund for the local bank’s private clients, the latest move among competitive wealth managers vying for the attention of Australia’s richest families.

The bank’s new vehicle, ANZ Private Graphene Fund, has set its sights on an absolute return strategy, and enlisted of one of the world’s largest asset managers in Blackstone to manage an effort that builds multi-asset portfolios equipped with alternative investments.
