AngloGold Ashanti may shelve its Australian sharemarket listing as it spins off its mining and exploration assets outside South Africa into a new London-based company.
The world’s third-largest gold miner, which operates Western Australia’s Tropicana gold mine, said it would review its listing of the core company on the ASX, which is relatively illiquid.
