Female employees at AMP have exploded at senior managers and the male-dominated board, calling for the sacking of Boe Pahari and for cultural change across the business following revelations of “AMP’s #MeToo moment”, as investors and clients hit the firm with complaints.
AMP group executive of people and corporate affairs Helen Livesey on Wednesday evening confirmed to a group of staff that the company did not want an external candidate to replace former AMP Capital boss Adam Tindall when it named Mr Pahari the new boss of the $192 billion asset management arm last month.
