Alex Turnbull faces large legal bill after losing lawsuit
Former prime minister Malcolm Turnbull’s son, Alex, provided inconsistent evidence in a failed lawsuit against his family’s former business partner, fund manager executive Russel Pillemer, the NSW Supreme Court has found.
Judge Kate Williams on Friday dismissed allegations that Mr Pillemer misled Alex Turnbull by not telling him about a merger of two Australian funds management companies in 2017, Pengana and Hunter Hall.
