Eyes on Blue Energy shares after Chimaera hit

Almost one third of coal seam gas explorer Blue Energy's shares could come up for sale, now that it has been swept up in the collapse of a margin lender.
Blue Energy said yesterday that 138.2 million of its shares, or 31.1 per cent of its issued capital, were subject to "financial arrangements over which ANZ has security" following ANZ's decision to push Chimaera Financial Group's margin lending arm into receivership.
