Enterprise Metals topped capital raisings on Tuesday with an announced $12.4 million placement to Hong Kong investor SinoTech.
■ Facilitate Digital Holdings announced a one-for-14 non-renounceable rights issue to raise up to $700,000. Elsewhere, it appointed M H Carnegie & Co as an adviser to sift through takeover and merger offers.
