Oil Search director’s comments allegedly cost exec new job
Former Oil Search executive Ayten Saridas allegedly lost a job she had already begun working in after disparaging remarks from a board member of the oil and gas producer who was contacted as a reference.
The former director – Fiona Harris – allegedly breached the deed of release between Oil Search and Ms Saridas in response to an inquiry from Samantha Tough at rare earths developer VHM, the Supreme Court in NSW heard on Wednesday.
