New Energy Solar to sell Australian solar farms

Solar power fund New Energy Solar will seek buyers for its two Australian projects as it struggles to secure what it regards as the appropriate valuation for its assets in the listed market.

The 111-megawatt Beryl solar farm and the 56-megawatt Manildra project, both in NSW, will be put on the market after a strategic review of the business, which identified several reasons why New Solar's assets are not being fairly valued in its share price.
