Rebel shareholders in Molopo Energy have toppled the company’s chief executive along with its two incumbent directors and installed Melbourne property developer Max Beck and his fellow challenger Greg Lewin to the board in their place.
Molopo’s two existing directors Donald Beard and David Hobday lost a vote to Beck and Lewin in an extraordinary general meeting held in Melbourne this morning.
