Antares Energy is to buy a producing property in Texas for $62 million. Proven reserves for the 40-acre development of the property total over 6.4 million barrels of oil, 14.1 billion cubic feet of natural gas and 3.9 million barrels of natural gas liquids. This equates to more than 12.6 million barrels of oil equivalent.
