Television production and distribution company Beyond International is expected to face an ownership challenge in the coming weeks as digital media group Destra Corp edges closer to launching a formal bid for the group.

Destra chief executive Domenic Carosa, who is travelling overseas for the next week, said the company was midway through conducting due diligence on Beyond and in the process of exploring a number of options, including launching a solo or a joint bid.
