Seymour Whyte chief executive David McAdam has forecast a sea change in the delivery of infrastructure projects as more construction groups form joint ventures with engineering designers.
“There is a trend towards consulting engineers teaming up and taking on construction risk," Mr McAdam told The Australian Financial Review.
