The board of listed biotech Bionomics is under fire after shareholder CVC Limited said it would call an extraordinary general meeting to oust directors it claims are incompetent.
CVC chief executive Alexander Beard said that investors have already issued a "vote of no confidence" in the board by opposing a share placement to US investors last month.
