Finders Resources has raised $20.95 million through Blackswan Equities to progress the first stage of its Wetar copper project in Indonesia.
Finders Resources has raised $20.95 million through Blackswan Equities to progress the first stage of its Wetar copper project in Indonesia. The funds raised at 28¢ a share will be used to relocate the Whim Creek plant from Australia, pay environmental bonds, complete a revised resource estimate and purchase equipment.Luke Forrestal
Mineral testing company Campbell Brothers has raised its cash offer for Ammtec to $3.80 a share after failing to gain any traction with its original hostile bid at $3.35 a share. The scrip bid of two Campbell shares for every 17 Ammtec shares is now four Campbell shares for every 33 Ammtec shares.
