Perth-based Environmental Solutions International is planning to expand its operations in coming months, and is looking to buy a medium-size Australian company with a record in waste-water treatment.

The group's balance sheet is strong, with net assets of $9.4 million and no external borrowing. "For a company of our size and stage of development, our balance sheet is clean and relatively strong, with a substantial amount of cash and no debt," says managing director Denis Glennon.
