Channel Nine presenter: Honey might be sweet but it’s been a bitter time for producers. Bad weather across Australia has slashed supply and pushed up prices. Our largest honey maker – Capilano – has overcome the odds. It’s just reported a 20 per cent jump in profit and its share price has trebling in a year. No wonder then, that media mogul Kerry Stokes has bought in. Eddy Meyer sat down with Capilano managing director Ben McKee to discover his recipe for success.
