With their history of lucrative deals and acquisitions, the managers of a small listed company plan to buy their way into greater success.
There are more than 400 companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange with market capitalisations of less than $10 million. Many of these micro-caps are unlikely to become substantial and sustainable listed companies. But Con Scrinis and Con Liosatos, the joint managing directors of one such business, Traffic Technologies, which floated through a backdoor listing in January with market capitalisation of $8.7 million, have no intention of running a micro-cap company for long.
