Uranium price warning
Paladin Resources - which yesterday said its Langer Heinrich uranium mine in Namibia had performed at its annual design capacity of 2.6 million pounds for the first time in the September quarter - has warned of the impact of the credit crisis on the uranium market. The Perth-based miner said the future supply and demand imbalance of the uranium market would be exacerbated by the current financial turmoil. Michael Vaughan
