Amcor sells film plant
Packaging giant Amcor will sell a plant that produces industrial-grade stretch wrap film for $35 million after saying that the asset did not fit into its strategy of focusing on higher value-add segments of the food and health-care markets. The plant, located in Perth, was the only Amcor site that produced the film. It was sold to Integrated Packaging. Tracy Lee
