HUTCHISON TELECOM
Hutchison, which owns the 3 mobile phone brand, reported its first positive earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of $1.3 million in the six months to June 30. Non-voice monthly revenue per user rose from $16 to $19 as customers accessed more content and data. The company's 3G customer base rose from 532,000 to 1,044,000.
