Centrex Metals has signed a supplementary agreement with Wuhan Iron And Steel and all conditions precedent for its Eyre Peninsula iron ore joint venture in South Australia have been fulfilled. The supplementary agreement includes conditions resolving WISCO’s concerns over non-ferrous mineral rights holders on the tenements and WISCO warranting that all Chinese government approvals have been received.
