Billionaire MMA investor Michael Kum fails to get traction

Embattled marine services group MMA Offshore has headed off a push by billionaire shareholder Michael Kum to overhaul the board and management.
Mr Kum has been mulling legal action against directors for possible breach of duties while accusing the company of misleading shareholders over a recent capital raising, which substantially reduced the billionaire's stake in the company from 18.1 per cent to 7.86 per cent.
