Terry Davis appears set to take on Graeme Samuel at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if, as expected, Cadbury Schweppes offers its $1 billion local beverages business for sale later this year.
Nine years have elapsed since the competition regulator blocked Coca-Cola Amatil's second attempt to buy the Schweppes brand from Cadbury Schweppes Australia.
