A disgruntled shareholder of Lantern Hotel Group is seeking to appoint Ainsworth Game Technology director Graeme Campbell as chairman of the company, as part of a proposal to spill the board.

The board of Lantern, which owns 12 pubs including the popular Dolphin Hotel in Sydney’s Surry Hills, on Wednesday told the Australian Securities Exchange it had received a notice under the Corporations Act to seek the removal of four directors at the company’s next general meeting.
