Treasury Wine hires Dulux CFO to drive dealmaking

Penfolds owner Treasury Wine Estates has hired the long-serving chief financial officer of paint company Dulux to oversee strategy and dealmaking.
Stuart Boxer, who has been chief financial officer of Dulux for 12 years, will join Treasury Wine in a newly created position of chief strategy and corporate development officer from July 1.
