Phoslock Environmental Technologies has been one of the market's stand-out performers in 2019.
The company, which sells remediation solutions for varied contaminated water bodies, is chaired by Laurence Freedman, the pioneering fund manager who made a fortune in the mid-2000s by selling his stake in Ten Network after steering it out of receivership in the 1990s.
