Elders shares soar on robust rural conditions

Agribusiness group Elders Ltd is expanding its market share across most of the segments in which it operates at a time when cattle and sheep prices remain robust and demand for fertiliser and farm chemicals is on the rise.
Shares in Elders hit a record in early trade on Monday as the stock jumped by almost 12 per cent to $13.42.
