Elders hoses down speculation of PGG Wrightson bid

Rural services group Elders has rejected reports it has made a bid for rival New Zealand company PGG Wrightson.
Elders has been running the ruler over the business, which has been investigating a sale option to facilitate the exit of its biggest shareholder, China's Agria Corporation. Analysts have valued the business at about $600 million.
