Evolution Mining has launched an underwritten 3-for-17 issue at $1.45 a share to all eligible shareholders registered at 7pm on November 14, to raise $152.5 million. This follows the implementation of the all-scrip merger of equals of Catalpa Resources and Conquest Mining and completion of Catalpa's acquisition from Newcrest Mining of interests in the Cracow and Mt Rawdon goldmines.
