Wilson to keep pressure on TNG despite losing board vote

Shareholder activism has a new poster child in Grant Wilson, even though an intense two-month campaign against strategic metals miner TNG failed to win him a board seat.
TNG shareholders rallied behind Wilson, a former columnist with The Australian Financial Review, with 49.92 per cent of the votes cast at the meeting in his favour. But this was not enough to beat the negative vote of 50.08 per cent.
