Rupert and Lachlan Murdoch’s News Corp has more than its fair share of activists trying to blow up the joint – or at least the long-held dual-class capital structure. Shareholders will vote on the matter in New York early on Thursday morning AEDT, although it’s highly unlikely to be the end of the matter.

So far in the headlines, it’s a stacked house against the Murdochs’ News Corp, which is telling shareholders to vote against the proposal.
