Waste bosses put their money where their mouths are on pay
There was one sure way for Cleanaway Waste Management to show it is serious about growing earnings by at least 50 per cent in the coming three years.
Cleanaway Waste Management has put its executives’ pay packets on the line in a bid to show how serious it is about making more money for shareholders.
Cleanaway used its 2023 financial results to release a three-year earnings target on Thursday. It said earnings before interest and tax would be greater than $450 million in three years’ time, representing at least a 50 per cent increase on last year.
