Goodman Group chief executive Greg Goodman is paid a lot. His base pay hasn’t changed in 15 years but in good years (most of the past decade) his performance payments make up for it.

His staff are paid well, too. Goodman Group’s average per employee expense was $794,000 last financial year. That’s 2.3-times Macquarie’s average (the company we like to call the Millionaire’s Factory) and as much as you’re likely to see on the ASX.
